Job Description
The objective of the role:
- Creating sustainability, integration, and enhancing the organization's capabilities in implementing business strategies through defining and leading excellence initiatives and improvement projects.
Job Competencies:
- Capability of analysis and design of processes and organizational structures.
- Capability of designing, modeling, executing, monitoring, and optimizing business processes such as Visual Paradigm or Process Maker (BPMS).
- Knowledge of the concepts of excellence (The philosophy of excellence and related concepts such as maturity models, governance, improvement, and continuous improvement).
- Project management knowledge.
- Knowledge of Analysis and design of organizational and business processes and organizational structures.
- Ability to control over the design and implementation of macro-organizational structures and macro-organizational processes.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically IFS.
- Familiarity with the company's business in terms of technical products, customers, product quality, requirements, and standards.

Employment Conditions:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering; a Master's degree in Management.
- 5 years of experience in industrial management.
