Review new products of competitors, changes in the package, promotions of competing companies, and marketing activities of competitors.
Responsible for survey/research relative to market knowledge, customer knowledge, competitor analysis, and consumer analysis, to develop the market opportunities, and update the product mix.
Responsible for the product management processes and implementation.
Work with the R&D and sales department on the stage and gate of the new product launch, execution, and follow-up.
Develop an innovative and well-presented product range that is reputable within the market and intended audience.
Manage the creation, development, and introduction of new products and services to enhance the current and future product mix.
Monitor and evaluate the project and its results to improve and optimize the project.
Prepare statistical and analytical management reports.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in Management (preferably in Marketing), or Industrial Engineering.
