Lead the product and business planning process across the company's cross-functional teams.
Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an investment and build vs buy perspective.
Evaluate competitors' current offerings, and look for opportunities for differentiation.
Analyze product requirements and create appropriate plans to ensure they are successful.
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
Evaluate new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.
Execute all product life cycle processes for products, including product research, market research, and analysis, and lead competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final product development by engineering teams.
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and capital.
Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product goals for Effective marketing communications plans.
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams in product development, QA, and release and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
Implement various methodologies in product and product development timeline definition.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience managing product and agile teams.
Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
