Job Description

  • Control the product value chain from the purchase of materials to consumption and improvement projects as needed.
  • Collect and analyze market research information, including the potential and actual potential of domestic and foreign markets, supply/demand process of goods/services, market size and share, competitor status, market segmentation, etc.
  • Regular market visits to collect market information including price (fact book report), new products, and status of competitors' products in the market.
  • Prepare an annual marketing plan and annual budget for the product group
  • Develop marketing plans, market development, and new market penetration methods based on research and providing related reports to superiors.
  • Carry out measures related to establishing proper communication with the sales unit to collect and analyze market information, compare the company's products with similar competitors' products, and prepare analytical reports to present to superiors.
  • Conduct market studies and research in order to identify and collect information on the consumption of covered products.
  • Study, research, and search to identify competitors' status in similar products in different provinces and regions.
  • Identify the market share of the products of the product group in different provinces and regions.
  • Identify consumption patterns of consumer goods in different provinces and regions.
  • Prepare a performance report and present it to superiors.
  • Carry out measures related to the feasibility and marketing of new product suppliers to enter the product portfolio.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the supply chain unit to review supply and supply issues.
  • Create communication and coordination with the sales unit to investigate sales issues.
  • Attend exhibitions to introduce new products and present their competitive advantages over similar competitors' products.
  • Investigate the reasons for the return of goods from the customer and follow up on their resolution.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with advertising units and provide improvement solutions in advertising methods.

Requirements

  • An MBA degree.
  • 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Gender preference: Male/Female.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team.
  • Age range: 35 to 45 years old.
  • An end-of-service card/exemption card is mandatory for men.
