At Novo Nordisk Pars in Kordan, the position of Production Intern provides you the opportunity to work in a high-performing team and contribute directly towards the business results while creating value for diabetes patients.

The position:

As a production intern, you will assist in production functions and production manager by helping in the implementation of people management strategies and administration of production programs.

  • Internship Duration: 14 days;
  • Location: Alborz Province, Iran;
  • Internship allowances provided;

Other duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Manage consumable inventory and procurement activities and oversee production housekeeping structure and corrective maintenance.
  • Support the implementation of performance boards to drive and monitor daily activities and collaborate on cLEAN activities for process improvement.
  • Continuously enhance performance boards and evaluations, providing and printing supporting data for department meetings and boards.
  • Update and share yearly wheel data, event and vacation calendars, and coordinate department events, while maintaining 5S in the production office.
  • Coordinate with all functions to prepare presentations for department meetings, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate in engineering fields such as industrial engineering, chemical engineering, or similar education.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Upper-intermediate written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and skills.
