The LMT site is located in Barkat Pharmaceutical Industrial City, Alborz Province went into operation in 2020 and has 160 employees in total. The manufacturing site handles the assembly and packaging production of Novo Nordisk’s FlexPen® sold in Iran with modern insulin (NovoRapid®, NovoMix®30, Levemir®) and Victoza®.

You will join the Production Department of Novo Nordisk LMT Site in Iran. Our team is responsible for production activities in a manufacturing environment, optimizing resource use, minimizing costs, and maintaining quality standards. We operate in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere, ensuring the effective use of employees, tools, plants, and equipment. Our goal is to transform raw materials into finished products while adhering to regulatory requirements and continuously improving our processes.

The position: 

As an operator at Novo Nordisk, you are expected to operate the assembly/packaging line during production– feeding of primary materials, components, and glass cartridges, taking in-line process samples and proceeding with their analysis, performing line clearance, and filling in batch reports. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and maintain basic GMP/Compliance.
  • Handle feeding of primary materials, components, and glass cartridges, and perform cleaning and operation of the production line.
  • Attach all labels for each batch, perform batch changeovers, including line clearance, and take in-line process samples for analysis.
  • Conduct challenge tests and delimitations, document batch production activities in batch reports, and update production-related data on PB and BB.
  • Manage Work Orders (WO), handle materials in the area, and inspect cartridges for chips and cracks.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree.
  • 3+ years of industrial experience in operating production equipment in a GMP environment (pharma, food, or cosmetics).
  • Self-motivated and works independently, responsible, open, and genuine.
  • A team player who focuses on results and continuously improves the quality of work and is committed to producing quality work and working according to standards.
  • Intermediate English (reading and writing) is a must.
  • Possess the open mindset required in a global and dynamic organization.
