Project Control Manager

Job Description

Anhar seeks a dedicated and experienced project control manager to join our team in Tehran. As a project control manager, you will oversee the planning and controlling of engineering projects in the oil and gas industry. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor and report project progress and performance.
• Identify and assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Review and approve project changes and ensure effective change management.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Lead project control team and provide mentorship and guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Oil, Gas).
• Proven experience in project planning and controlling within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.
