Job Description

  • Develop and implement project control standards and procedures to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
  • Oversee and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources using tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Monitor project progress and performance with Power BI and other relevant software, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess risks, implement strategies for risk mitigation and cost control.
  • Coordinate with team members and facilitate communication across projects to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
  • Manage project documentation and reports using Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with ERP and CRM systems to integrate project data and enhance decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management and control within a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and control costs and risks effectively.
  • Excellent managerial skills, with an ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving project milestones.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and project updates.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems to streamline project processes.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and SharePoint for documentation and communication purposes.
