Job Description
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- Evaluate the progress of all activities on the site and ensure all activities are performed based on an approved schedule.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Make sure that client's needs are met as projects evolve.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
Requirements
- Graduated in Electrical Engineering (top universities will be considered as a priority).
- Good knowledge of English is a high priority.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MSP).
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Familiar with financial and technical reporting and analysis.
