Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to lead and oversee our organization's project management office. The PMO Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain project management standards and best practices.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop and implement PMO policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage the PMO budget.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for project managers.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO.
  • Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning.
  • Support the adoption of project management tools and technologies.
  • Lead change management initiatives related to project management.
  • Maintain a repository of project documentation and lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Project Management.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage project budgets and financials.
