Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop strategies.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional departments to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members.
  • Manage expectations and communicate project progress to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Allocate resources (time, budget, personnel) effectively to ensure project success.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that projects meet high-quality standards and align with company objectives.
  • Conduct quality reviews and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and provide insights into project performance.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Report to top management on project progress, risks, and opportunities, while collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in design, construction, and commissioning of utility plants, and EPC project management (water and wastewater treatment).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
