Project Manager (Software Team)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee our front-end and back-end development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects related to web application development, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, along with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate projects related to both front-end and back-end development, ensuring alignment with timelines, resources, and objectives.
• Team Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between front-end developers, back-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to the development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in both front-end and back-end development.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring that developed solutions meet the specified requirements and standards.
• Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communication, both internally and externally, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the development lifecycle.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and other relevant artifacts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in web development or software engineering.
• Strong technical background with expertise in both front-end and back-end development technologies (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, SQL).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders. (Also in English)
