Job Description

  • Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to improve performance.
  • Prevent production errors and identify potential defects using periodic testing.
  • Provide periodic reports to senior managers on product quality.
  • Effectively communicate with other departments to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering.
  • Familiarity with the principles and principles of quality control.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO22000, and HACCP systems.
  • Work experience in quality management in the FMCG industry.
  • Preferably familiar with the bakery product manufacturing process.
  • High skills in problem analysis and solution.
  • Ability to create and lead teams and projects.
