Job Description

We are hiring a regional manager at Adorateb;

Job Description:

  • Planning: Formulating plans to achieve major objectives, acquiring overall policies and guidelines from the central headquarters for distribution centers in terms of sales, finance, human resources, inventory, etc., and communicating them to distribution centers. Planning to achieve these goals and monitoring their implementation.
  • Sales Management: Overseeing sales processes, developing sales objectives, maintaining customer relationships, and forecasting future regional sales based on past trends.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously analyzing the market to identify potential customers in the region, regularly reviewing sales reports, and comparing them with predefined targets and competitors' performance in the area.
  • Reporting: Preparing and presenting reports on sales, market analysis, and competitors as scheduled to the senior sales and marketing manager.
  • Supply Chain and Inventory Management: Overseeing and coordinating supply and warehousing processes, planning and supervising comprehensive distribution performance in the region and each center, including inventory control, warehouse status, and waste management. Analyzing and assessing regional needs.
  • Financial Oversight: Supervising the financial affairs of the center, managing and addressing invoices and returned goods, investigating causes and reasons for returns in managed centers, planning and following up on receivables, and monitoring and controlling delays in checks, arrears, and claims.
  • Mission Requirement: At least 2 business trips per week.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing and Sales Principles: Knowledge of marketing and sales techniques.
  • General Management Knowledge: Broad understanding of management principles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Adequate technical knowledge of the company’s products.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience.
