Job Description

  • Measure, monitor, and report the key performance indicators of the region to the sales and marketing manager.
  • Control the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy communicated by the sales and marketing manager by directing the activities of sales experts and the sales policies of your products and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales statistics reports and review the realization of sales goals through reports received from sales experts and send the final report to the sales and marketing manager.
  • Control the performance of agencies and the feasibility of establishing new agencies for market development through negotiations with customers and agents through a continuous presence in the market and meeting with customers in the area under supervision.
  • Identify the potential domestic sales markets, and the competitive situation of the market and present a comprehensive report on the domestic markets, including the brand position, development plan, competitors' performance, and forecasting the market trend in the target markets to the sales and marketing manager.
  • Provide a proposal for pricing in the market to the sales and marketing manager.
  • Collect information and analyze competitors and report to the sales and marketing manager.
  • Provide the proposal of the production plan to the sales support to be sent to the planning unit, to control the registration and preparation of customer orders.
  • Coordinate with the finance and accounting department and carry out the financial process of customers, sending customer invoices, and tracking payments and claims from customers.
  • Control the preparation and referral of customer complaints to the quality unit with the permission of the sales and marketing manager.
  • Prepare, compile, and update documentation of sales processes based on internal and external standards (Integrated Management System IMS).

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Knowledge of the principles and methods of displaying, promoting, and selling products, marketing strategies and tactics, product display, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • High-level communication skills, leadership, personnel management, client management, business management, analytics, problem-solving, initiative, and innovation.
  • Open to domestic travel.
  • Getting acquainted with the cultural diversity and economic capacities of all provinces and regions of the country.
  • Sales experience in wood products is an advantage.
  • Good command of English is preferred.
  • Good command of Turkish is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B and sales through dealers is an advantage.
