Job Description

  • Reach the region targets and goals based on the company’s defined KPI (volume, value, active customer, and distribution).
  • Set and allocate individual sales targets to each area and channel.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit the findings and analysis to senior management.
  • Hold periodic meetings with the sales team and distributors.
  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out and stock level.
  • Correct the implementation of policies (promotion, trade discounts, and DPSM).

Requirements

  • Gender preference: Female. 
  • FMCG background.
  • Proven work experience in sales management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze key performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A solid understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices is crucial for success in this role.
  • Networking, building, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders in the region is key to driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Industry knowledge by good understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape is crucial for developing successful sales strategies
  • Proficiency in English (UI level).
