Job Description

  • Test, debug, maintain, and repair the company products.
  • Download and upload product software.
  • Prepare instructions and documents for repair.
  • Self-study new products to improve repair capability and share with other team members.
  • Self-controlling repair process and quality.
  • Prepare weekly reports for the whole repair process and prepare required reports based on requirements.
  • Extra job and urgent case support in critical cases.
  • Handle the system tasks related to the repair process in company IT tools.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Stock tacking and check material inventory.
  • Maintain test equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering.
  • Soldering skills.
  • Knowledge of programming of FBGA and microcontrollers.
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunication topology.
  • Professional computer skills, software, and hardware (I/O ports).
  • Familiar with PCB and schematic software.
  • Familiar with EHS/SC.
  • Teamwork manner (cooperativeness, being a team player, and working with colleagues within the team and other departments).
  • Responsible and honest at work and to be able to work under pressure.
  • Adequate English skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Personal drive to make continuous improvements along the way.
