To liaise with digital teams in collecting new market demands and the roadmap of RMS.
To provide the manager with associated data and reports to represent MTNIrancell in front of external stakeholders like IRIB, content market, and audit teams.
To focus on possible system and performance enhancement, keeping the system with zero downtime.
To identify and forecast key trends and changes to assigned RMS from technological, commercial, business, and consumer behavior perspectives and report how these could impact assigned RMS plans and strategies.
To coordinate operations, maintenance, and development of rich media systems/Services. including but not limited to:
LENZ (IPTV);
Streaming service;
VOD service;
RBT;
Sentiment;
Instant messaging;
Advertisement platform;
Game platform;
To implement new rich media-related systems and enhance existing systems simultaneously with operations management.
To ensure the effective utilization of RMS infrastructure, scalability, and capabilities.
To identify and troubleshoot any possible systematic, network, or operational flaws of RMS reported by any business units or recognition.
To control and take care of all issues related to Billing Operations for media customers promptly and resolve any related problems to prevent reoccurring in collaboration with the BSS department.
To collaborate with solution delivery teams in developing a detailed product and service design, ensuring the impact on existing systems (including network capacity), products, services, and processes are managed.
To follow on RMS products and services designs to be developed based on development plans and delivered duly.
To maintain defined SLAs for assigned rich media services with Vendors and Content Providers and provide related reports.
To check the RMS performance to recover any unavailability or performance issues as soon as possible by using short-term and long-term actions and planning.
To execute rich media customers’ technical troubleshooting process and ensure necessary actions are taken affected.
To collaborate with the RA team to ensure all required controls are implemented in the RMSs.
To provide various reports on the status of RMSs and platforms to the management.
To identify business demands and requirements based on available resources for best system performance and delivery.
To integrate different outsourcing partners and play the role of a mediator to resolve conflicts among them.
To facilitate cross-functional teams that include members from MTNIrancell and outsourcing partners to smooth the operation.
To collaborate with suppliers and content providers to ensure MTNIrancell media products are superior in performance, functionality, and customer experience.
To attend a peer-to-peer discussion with vendors, content providers, and operational teams about solutions and their implementation.
To enforce the SLA with vendors and report any discrepancies to the line manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in the area of specialization.
Experience working in a medium to large organization.
