In this pivotal role, you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth through a combination of B2B sales, marketing initiatives, and RevOps expertise. You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that leverages data-driven insights, optimizes the customer journey, and generates new revenue streams through advertising partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy targeting key healthcare providers, institutions, and corporations.
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying their needs and presenting customized solutions.
Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to generate qualified leads and build brand awareness.
Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns (e.g., PPC, social media) to drive traffic and conversions.
Craft compelling content for various marketing channels, educating potential customers about the company's offerings.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
RevOps & Growth:
Implement and maintain a robust sales and marketing automation platform (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tool).
Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve lead generation and sales conversion rates.
Develop and streamline sales and marketing processes to ensure operational efficiency and alignment across departments.
Identify and implement new revenue streams through strategic partnerships and advertising initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its marketing landscape (a plus).
