Job Description

Provide the sales team with all the data reports when needed.
Provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Assist customers in troubleshooting their issues and queries.
Acknowledge customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
Maintain the customer's information for future reference.
Record and report any unusual activity to the supervisor.
Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information.
Stay updated with the latest company topics.
Act as key internal contact for customers and internal service departments.
Support sales in all internal-related activities regarding customer and organization-related tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Proven work experience as a sales support specialist, purchasing expert, or a similar role in the chemical industry.
Knowledge of purchasing process and issuing proforma invoices.
Highly competent in MS Office Suite - especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to speak English fluently.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Ability to deal with different personalities.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to offer excellent customer service.
Ability to create a positive working environment.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize own activity.
