Job Description

A sales and marketing expert is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. This role combines sales, customer relationship management, and marketing activities to attract new clients and expand market share.

Roles:

  • Identify potential customers and new business opportunities by researching market trends, shipping demands, and industry developments.
  • Generate leads, make cold calls, and arrange meetings with prospective clients to build a pipeline of new business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within shipping companies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong understanding of shipping line services.
  • Customer-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Relative fluency in English.
