Supervise and manage the sales team to achieve annual sales volume targets for a specific product portfolio, while staying within the approved cost budget and adhering to the company’s ethical guidelines.
Monitor sales activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Oversee inventory and stock management to support sales operations effectively.
Handle and resolve customer complaints related to sales and services in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze operational records and reports to forecast sales trends and assess profitability.
Conduct joint field visits to monitor sales performance and ensure alignment with standards.
Provide ongoing coaching to the team, focusing on both behavioral and technical development.
Requirements:
MD, Pharmacist, DVM, or at least a Master's degree in related medical science fields.
At least 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies.
Experience in people management and team leadership is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal savvy.
Strong focus on continuous learning.
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Flexibility to travel across the assigned district.
