Job Description

  • Receive, record, and follow up on customer orders until delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and guide products and sales conditions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and finance department to complete sales processes.
  • Issue pro forma invoices, invoices, and track payments.
  • Record and update customer and order information in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and present findings to management.
  • Track shipments, manage transportation documents, and coordinate with the logistics team.
  • Handle customer issues and post-sale requests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and inform the sales team about stock availability.
  • Support the sales team in planning and executing sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
  • Familiarity with invoicing, payment tracking, and related financial processes.
  • Ability to follow up and resolve customer issues efficiently.
