Guiding and monitoring the sales team to hit sales KPIs and increase gross profit.
Maintain teamwork with the sales operations to implement the company’s policies and strategies.
Hold regular meetings with the sales team and motivate them to keep sales KPIs met.
Generate comprehensive daily\monthly reports for the management to keep them informed of the overall performance.
Determine shipping methods, routes, or rates for materials to be shipped if necessary.
Requirements:
FIATA certifications.
Knowledge of transportation and logistics practices with a deep understanding of air freight, sea shipping, and road transportation processes from start to finish.
Excellent teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues, overseas agents, and clients to achieve shared goals.
Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English.
At least seven years of experience in related fields.
