Job Description

  • Team Leadership: Manage, direct and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and ensure accurate and up-to-date recording of all customer interactions, sales activities and progress.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze team performance to ensure alignment with goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve defined revenue and growth targets.
  • Customer Relations: Monitor customer communications and ensure professional and timely responses to inquiries, calls and emails.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts and performance reviews.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate current sales processes and provide recommendations for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate strategies, share information, and optimize sales processes.
