Job Description

  • Lead, develop, and implement sales strategies to align sales activities with the company’s overall strategy, optimize sales processes, and foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Analyze sales data, document processes to remove obstacles, and create plans to address performance deviations.
  • Monitor market trends, assess competitors, identify new business opportunities, and expand sales channels.
  • Address potential challenges within the sales department.
  • Conduct business negotiations to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Oversee the use of CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date recording of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress.
  • Analyze sales data and provide reports to management.
  • Train personnel, coordinate, and participate in trade exhibitions and industry events.
  • Supervise customer communications and ensure professional and timely responses to inquiries, calls, and emails.
  • Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, offering actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead the company’s participation in government and private sector tenders.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience in sales management.
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques and contract considerations.
  • Expertise in market analysis and evaluation.
  • Strong ability to establish effective customer relationships.
  • General knowledge of spare parts and industrial equipment.
  • Creative and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM concepts and customer relationship management.
  • Strong decision-making and crisis management skills.
