Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
• Ensure that stores or shelves are stocked with the right types of products and marketing brochures.
• Maintain store shelves by removing dated or damaged products and marketing flyers.
• Communicate with the marketing team to establish strategies and design concepts for seasonal product launches and displays.
• Monitor and account for the time and manpower required to build and stock store displays and communicate information with management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 to 2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising.
• Knowledge of the product and industry.
• Ability to work diligently with little supervision.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment.
• Ability to visit Tehran stores in location daily.
• Ability to travel to province store locations.
• Proficiency in English.
