Join Control & Pardazesh Hoshmand (Intelligent Control and Processing-ICP) as a sales supervisor in Tehran, where your leadership skills will drive our sales team. As a sales supervisor, you will guide the team to achieve sales targets in the engineering industry. Utilize your knowledge in industrial automation systems, control panel design, and project installations to provide top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and expand client bases.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their automation system needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and performance.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for project implementation and support.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecom Engineering.
• Proficiency in industrial automation systems from brands like SIEMENS, ABB, EMERSON, HONEYWELL, YOKOGAWA, HIMA, and more.
• Understanding of control panel design and installation for control systems.
• Familiarity with DCS/ESD/FGS/PMS/BMS systems and instrumentation/automation equipment.
• Strong skills in administrative correspondence in Persian and English.
• Experience with industrial instrumentation, valves, telemetry, telecommunications, computer programming, and panel manufacturing.
