Responsibilities:
Develop sales strategies (long and short-term) to increase revenue.
Identify new target markets and discover potential opportunities for sales growth.
Analyze competitors and propose strategies tailored to market conditions.
Lead and guide the sales team to achieve set goals.
Assign tasks to team members based on each individual's abilities and strengths.
Create a motivating environment for the sales team and strengthen teamwork.
Evaluate sales team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve results.
Track and monitor daily and monthly sales to ensure goals are met.
Advise and support customers across all business lines of our business.
Interact with customers to receive feedback and improve their satisfaction levels.
Use CRM tools to track sales trends and manage customer relationships.
Evaluate goals and develop corrective actions to improve sales performance.
Manage sales team budgets and allocate resources optimally in interaction with the finance department.
Receive cost estimates from the accounting department and form a pricing working group to maintain the desired profit margin.
