Job Description

We are seeking a sales supervisor to oversee our retail operations, motivate staff, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to boost sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Monitor, guide, and support sales staff in shops and showrooms.
  • Planning & Strategy: Develop sales plans, set targets, and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Collect and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports, coach the team to reach their sales target
  • Customer Experience: Ensure outstanding customer service and create strategies to enhance satisfaction levels.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve overall showroom performance.
  • Product Knowledge: Work with various lighting products and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Motivation: Inspire and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Optional: Provide assistance in lighting design concepts and customer consultations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales supervision, retail management, and business development.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to develop creative ideas for sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in preparing performance reports and analyzing data.
  • Knowledge of lighting products and retail sales strategies is a plus.
  • Positive, motivational attitude with a focus on achieving results.
  • Multi-tasking.
  • Capability to work under pressure.
  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Fluent in English.
