The manufacturing site handles the assembly and packaging production of Novo Nordisk’s FlexPen® sold in Iran with modern insulin (NovoRapid®, NovoMix®30, Levemir®) and Victoza®.

The position:

As an assembly and packaging SAP coordinator, you will:

  • Managing SAP-related production activities, including printing process order documents, preparing batch production documentation, recording material consumption, documenting cold chain management, finalizing activities in SAP, and realizing SAP inventory and stock adjustments for production needs.
  • Coordinating batch identification labeling, which involves preparing all identification labels for batches, including TPU tray labels, shipper box labels, and pallet labels.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation between batch reports and SAP records, which includes registering material consumption in SAP, reconciling batch reports and SAP material records, and ensuring coherence between batch report data and SAP.
  • Managing consumables and inventory adjustments within SAP, which encompasses tracking consumables usage, managing inventory adjustments, and ensuring proper management of inventory levels.
  • Providing operator backup support, which involves understanding line clearance procedures, filling in batch reports, handling material delimitation, ensuring compliance with Basic GMP/Compliance standards, and registering batch production records and logbook entries as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • At least 3 years of industrial experience as a SAP coordinator preferably in a GMP environment (pharma, food, or cosmetics) and filling out batch records.
  • Organizational, systematic, and structured mindset.
  • Working independently and a dedicated team player with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
