Scrum Master

Job Description

• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospective meetings.
• Foster a collaborative environment where diverse viewpoints are encouraged and respected.
• Ensure the Scrum framework is implemented effectively and provides coaching and training at the team level.
• Assist in the development and refinement of the product backlog with the Product Owner.
• Remove impediments to the team’s progress and protect them from external disruptions.
• Promote continuous improvement and help the team to increase productivity and foster innovation.
• Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to all affected teams and management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Scrum Master role for at least two years.
• Exceptional English language fluency, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage, influence, negotiate, and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficient in relevant software tools including but not limited to JIRA and Confluence.
