Scrum Master

Job Description

We are looking for a scrum master to join our PMO team in Tehran at Ofogh Koorosh Chain Stores. If you can play a key role in optimizing software development processes and achieving project goals using the Scrum methodology, we are looking forward to hearing from you.

Job Description:

• Train the team and implement the Scrum process, monitor its progress and analyze the sprint.
• Follow up and coordinate between different product development tasks.
• Compile sprint reports and periodic progress reports for management.
• Document and compile project documents.
• Remove obstacles and try to resolve conflicts between the team and stakeholders.
• Record meeting minutes and follow up on meeting approvals.
• Follow up on project management processes in the department.
• Arrange agile approach meetings (Planning, Review and Retro) and solve potential problems on the team's path.

Requirements:

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
• Familiarity with Jira and Excel tools.
• Familiarity with agile or waterfall project management approaches.
• Ability to manage and lead a team.
• Strong communication skills.
