Key Responsibilities:
Manage and conduct online sessions, including daily standing, sprint planning, and retainer.
Provide the best methods of Scrum and Kanban to team members.
Identify the challenges and implement practical solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
Cooperate with product owners and stakeholders: Ensure appropriate prioritization and timely delivery of projects.
Use agile criteria to evaluate the performance of the team and provide transparent and transparent reports to senior management.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a scrum master in agile environments.
Strong knowledge of the agile frameworks of SCRUM and KANBAN.
The Scrum Master CSM Certificate or an equivalent to it.
Excellent skills in facilitating, resolving controversy, and effective communication.
Proven ability in remote team management and project management tools such as Jira Trello Slack and Microsoft.
