Job Description:
Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments.
Manage correspondence, including email and other forms of communication.
Support in preparing and distributing public materials.
Maintain and organize administrative files and records.
Assist in data entry and administrative tasks.
Coordinate and communicate with team members and other departments.
Perform clerical duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Working Conditions:
Working hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday 8 am to 5 pm; closed on Thursdays.
Social security and supplementary insurance.

Requirements:
Fluent in English for conversation and correspondence.
At least three years of work experience.
Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Strong understanding and capabilities of data management.
Ability to efficiently manage meetings and administrative tasks.
