Join our dynamic Tehran-based company, Abar Bana Sazan Partak, as a secretary in our PR team. In this role, you will support administrative operations and help manage communications tasks efficiently and professionally.

Job Description:

  • Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Manage correspondence, including email and other forms of communication.
  • Support in preparing and distributing public materials.
  • Maintain and organize administrative files and records.
  • Assist in data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate and communicate with team members and other departments.
  • Perform clerical duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

Working Conditions:

  • Working hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday 8 am to 5 pm; closed on Thursdays.
  • Social security and supplementary insurance.
  • Support packages.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English for conversation and correspondence.
  • At least three years of work experience.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding and capabilities of data management.
  • Ability to efficiently manage meetings and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and responsible.
