Senior Application Support Expert

Job Description

• Provide technical support for the warehouse management system.
• Work with the project and cross-functional team to implement WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Support warehouse and factory users on-site in application issues
• Provide consulting and business partnering with warehouse and factory users in order to provide solutions
• Train end-users on WMS functionalities
• Identify, assess, and assist in the resolution of issues, disputes, and risks in excellence plans and improvement initiatives
• Assist in the development of ERP-related policies and procedures.
• Provide support for supply chain-related projects
• Develop and maintain documentation for WMS processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in application support or a similar role.
• Upper-Intermediate level in English.
• Capable of working with WMS, and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse business processes including receiving, picking, shipping, etc.
