We are currently seeking a senior compensation and benefits specialist to join our team in the Oil and Gas industry. This is a senior-level position that will play a critical role in developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate our employees. As a senior compensation and benefits specialist, you will be responsible for designing and evaluating compensation and benefits plans, ensuring they align with our company's strategic objectives and industry best practices. You will also play a key role in analyzing market data and trends to support decision-making and providing guidance on compensation and benefits to leadership and HR teams. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs, including base salary, incentives, and equity plans.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in compensation and benefits practices.
  • Analyze compensation data and market trends to determine competitive salary ranges and benefits packages.
  • Conduct benchmarking and salary surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of current programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop compensation budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide guidance and support to the HR team and managers on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to compensation and benefits policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices and market trends.
  • Experience with executive compensation plans and equity programs preferred.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
