Senior Export Specialist

Job Description

Position Overview:

We seek a highly skilled senior export specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the polyurethane industry, export regulations, and a solid understanding of export destinations, particularly in countries near Iran. This role is critical to ensuring seamless export operations and expanding our global reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement export strategies to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all export regulations, documentation, and procedures.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities, with a focus on neighboring countries.
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients and partners.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and analyze export data to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in export operations, preferably within the polyurethane or related industries.
• Strong understanding of export regulations and documentation requirements.
• Proven track record of working with markets in countries neighboring Iran.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Turkish or other regional languages is a plus.
