About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable senior HR admin specialist to manage key HR operations, including payroll, contracts, employee benefits, and insurance processes. In this role, you'll ensure accurate data handling, maintain compliance with labor laws, and support employees with their administrative needs. If you're passionate about smooth processes, great with HR systems like Rahkaran and Kasra, and love working behind the scenes to make things run flawlessly, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employees’ attendance policies and work with the attendance software.
  • Administer monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, extensions, and terminations.
  • Compile and process personnel information, including part-time and full-time employees.
  • Address employee queries regarding compensation and benefits issues.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as preparing introduction letters and pay slips.
  • Support general HR administrative duties and contribute to team projects within set guidelines and deadlines.
  • Administer employee insurance, collaborating with insurance brokers and plan providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, or a related field; or an MBA graduate. 
  • Proficiency in various HR software systems, including Rahkaran System and Kasra.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong presentation skills, and excellent data management skills.
  • Professional level of verbal and written communication skills.
