Job Description

  • Conduct various development projects, including career path, talent management, successful planning, etc.
  • Manage the performance management system to include developing and monitoring performance evaluations, performance development plans, and performance improvement plans.
  • Design and implement a competency model in the organization.
  • Create, review, and update job descriptions.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, etc. to restructure or improve the current HR processes.
  • Prepare research and analysis reports and present them to the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
  • Age range: 25 to 35 years old.
  • Familiarity with competency models.
  • Ability to do benchmarking and implement development programs.
  • Outstanding research ability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening.
  • Project management skills, including organization, planning, time management, and prioritization.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in English comprehension.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, etc.
