Conduct various development projects, including career path, talent management, successful planning, etc.
Manage the performance management system to include developing and monitoring performance evaluations, performance development plans, and performance improvement plans.
Design and implement a competency model in the organization.
Create, review, and update job descriptions.
Recommend new approaches, policies, etc. to restructure or improve the current HR processes.
Prepare research and analysis reports and present them to the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
Age range: 25 to 35 years old.
Familiarity with competency models.
Ability to do benchmarking and implement development programs.
Outstanding research ability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening.
Project management skills, including organization, planning, time management, and prioritization.
