We are waiting for you to continue this story. As a senior HRBP, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring HR strategies align with organizational goals. You will drive key HR initiatives, foster a high-performance culture, and provide expert consultation on workforce planning, leadership development, talent acquisition, and change management. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring HR strategies support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement workforce and succession planning.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to define hiring strategies and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Drive organizational design initiatives to optimize structure, roles, and workflows.
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to improve retention, satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with L&D to promote continuous learning and career growth and mentor leaders in developing high-potential talent.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR teams to plan and execute the SnappFood Performance Management (SFPM) System.
  • Implement leadership development programs to strengthen managerial capabilities.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives to enhance business performance.
  • Oversee conflict resolution and manage complex employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions while ensuring • compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance HR processes and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least +5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HRBP supporting senior leadership.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth industries such as tech, e-commerce, or startups.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and business operations.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership hiring.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Strong experience in performance management, leadership coaching, and talent development.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
