Responsibilities:
Prepare and update the job description of the organization and continuous optimization of the organizational structure.
Develop and implement comprehensive HR development programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Design and deliver performance management processes and tools to drive employee growth and development.
Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify and implement coaching and mentoring programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of HR development programs and initiatives through ongoing monitoring and feedback.
Develop and manage succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of talent is available for key roles.
Provide guidance and support to senior management in implementing organizational changes and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in HR development roles, preferably in the Oil and energy industry.
Excellent knowledge of HR development best practices, theories, and methodologies.
Strong understanding of competency frameworks and performance management systems.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
