Job Description

  • Implement human resources processes including performance evaluation, reward, and punishment system, personnel attitude measurement, etc.
  • Recruitment based on meritocracy and other related processes.
  • Create a bridge between the company and employees.
  • Carry out matters related to the organization's human resources planning and job analysis and design.
  • Help to develop and implement human resources policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM.
  • Thorough knowledge of human resources processes
  • Having at least five years of experience in a mastr's position
  • Age range: 35 to 50 years old.
  • Familiar with the recruiting and hiring process and implementing job interview techniques.
  • Familiar with the laws of the Ministry of Labor, employment and labor, and insurance laws.
  • Familiar with recruitment tests and how to use them.
  • Familiarity with various models of organizational culture.
