Job Description
Position Purpose:
- Implement, maintain, and support Sales Systems for TSI and KACC.
- Manage IT Helpdesk Support for TSI and KACC.
- Lead implementation of local site infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Business Partnering:
- Understands business requirements, and works with business stakeholders and partners to develop and implement solutions that meet current and future needs.
- Understands key sales functions and is experienced in implementing and supporting IT Solutions.
- Sales force automation including solution and Handheld devices.
- Business analysis and IT solutions.
- Salesforce device management.
- User training.
- Application support/service management.
- Daily checks and alert automation.
- IT helpdesk support.
IT Collaborations:
- Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team to ensure infrastructure for the RTM IT Solutions is designed for appropriate scale, performance, capacity, and resilience.
- Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team to perform backup/restoration tests and disaster recovery tests.
- Collaborate with the IT user support team to roll out RTM applications on handheld devices.
- Collaborate with the IT business intelligence and ERP team for integration with the data warehouse and the ERP.
- Compliance with IT policies, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of IT experience; at least 3 years of experience on SQL server; at least 3 years of IT helpdesk support.
- At least one full cycle of project management experience (requirements to support).
- Technical Skills:
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Expert knowledge of sales IT solutions.
- Good knowledge of sales data models in data warehouses.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI.
- Good knowledge of hand-held devices used in sales operations.
- Good knowledge of servers, networks, antivirus, Azure Hosting, and SaaS.
