Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

    • Design and redesign organizational structures across the holding and subsidiaries.
    • Develop and update Operating Models, Span of Control, Layers, and Governance Structures.
    • Lead Job Analysis, Job Architecture, and Role Clarification projects.
    • Analyze organizational productivity and identify structural and process improvement opportunities.
    • Develop policies and frameworks for organization development, organization design, and agility.
    • Support transformation, integration, restructuring, and major organizational change projects.
    • Collaborate with HRBP, Talent Development, and Total Rewards in the design of roles, job levels, and career paths.
    • Design and monitor structural indicators such as Headcount Efficiency, Layering, and Span Ratios.
    • Facilitate structure review processes and organizational committees.
    • Develop process thinking and alignment between organizational structure and decision-making models.

Qualifications

 

Education: Master’s degree or higher in Management, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, MBA, or related fields.

Experience: At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably 4 years in organization development, organization design, or organizational transformation.
