We seek a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Market Research Specialist to lead our market and marketing research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, experience in designing and executing research projects, and the ability to derive actionable insights to inform business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions using various methods such as surveys, interviews, and statistical analysis tools.
Develop research methodologies to determine appropriate sample sizes and identify target audiences for surveys or focus groups.
Creatively design and analyze customer journeys to identify and understand target audiences for research initiatives.
Design comprehensive surveys and questionnaires to gather relevant data aligned with business objectives.
Compile and interpret research findings into actionable items, reports, and presentations for clients or internal stakeholders.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align research objectives and support strategic decision-making.
Stay informed on market trends, and competitor activities, and implement best practices in market research.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of proven experience in market research analysis, with a focus on data analysis and project management.
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS), databases, and MS Office Suite. Familiarity with CRM programs and data visualization tools is advantageous.
Ability to interpret large amounts of data, identify trends, and formulate actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with online market research tools and methodologies.
