Senior Product Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Defining the strategy and roadmap for the product.
• Managing the backlog, planning, and prioritizing backlog tasks.
• Tracking the execution of product-related tasks until results are achieved.
• Establishing constructive communication between engineering and business teams.
• Managing the business team’s needs to improve and optimize processes.
• Defining user stories.
• Collecting feedback and suggestions from customers to enhance features and provide new features to meet their needs.
• Defining KPIs and metrics, continuously testing features based on KPIs, and improving their performance.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager.
• Mastery of agile and scrum principles for backlog management.
• Effective communication skills to build relationships with other teams.
• Results-oriented with high follow-up capabilities.
• Data-driven approach.
