Define the product strategy and roadmap, develop product strategy based on the prevalent state of eCommerce business, and create product roadmaps.
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
Work closely with developers’ teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Run trials and MVPs, develop and deliver go-to-market launch plans.
Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies to increase sales of certain products or brands.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
Evaluate pricing strategies to maximize profit margins while maintaining competitive rates in the marketplace.
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding, and collaborate regularly with the product team to develop and introduce new site features as needed.
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
Conduct extensive market research and create realistic user stories for service optimization.
Create a high level of website and mobile app functionality, and deliver the optimal user experience.
Assist business developers in analyzing all the business requirements and coordinate efforts to increase business.
Manage the relationship with suppliers to ensure that they are able to meet demand and provide high-quality products.
Analyze data to determine the impact of marketing campaigns on product performance to improve future efforts.
Requirements:
Proven work experience in product management (Iran’s Big Startups are preferred).
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
