Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager (SPM) to lead strategic product initiatives and drive impactful innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading product teams, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and owning the full product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and customer obsession, with advanced knowledge of data analytics, SQL, and agile product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap: Drive the product from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify customer needs and market opportunities: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends and customer requirements.
- Enhance feature impact: Prioritize and design meaningful features that provide significant value to users.
- Drive End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Manage all phases of the product lifecycle—from discovery and design to launch and continuous improvement—ensuring product-market fit and measurable impact.
- Own Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a product leader across departments—engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and sales—to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Advance Data-Driven Product Development: Leverage advanced SQL skills and other analytical tools to gather insights, define success metrics, and guide strategic decisions. Translate insights into actionable product plans.
- Optimize Product Delivery: Improve product development processes for efficiency and scalability while maintaining a high standard of quality and innovation.
Requirements:
Technical & Analytical Proficiency:
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and strong experience in database management and data-driven decision-making.
- Comfortable with technical concepts; able to effectively communicate with engineers and data teams.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and product analytics tools.
Strategic Product Management:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle and expertise in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and KPIs.
- Proven success in launching scalable products that meet both user and business needs.
- Ability to conduct complex trade-off analyses and manage competing priorities.
Project Leadership & Agile Experience:
- Deep experience with agile development practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and other product management platforms.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and shipping high-quality products on time.
Customer-Centric & Market-Savvy:
- Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable insights.
- Experience in prototyping, usability testing, and continuous product iteration.
- A deep understanding of user experience and a passion for delivering intuitive, high-impact features.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive industry, marketplaces, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with growth strategies, pricing models, product positioning, and go-to-market execution.
