Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for capillary sales, digital sales, and wholesale sales.
  • Identify and target new market opportunities to increase sales and market share.
  • Establish and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Design and implement a logistics software system model for the efficient distribution of greenhouse products.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales and logistics departments for timely delivery and distribution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a customer feedback system to improve service quality.
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital sales strategies, including e-commerce platforms and online marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize data analytics to optimize digital sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field: a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in a senior sales management role, preferably in the greenhouse products or agriculture sector.
  • Strong knowledge of capillary sales, digital sales, and wholesale sales strategies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing logistics software systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
